Eddie’s newest hobby is brewing beer. He even said if we won
the Mega Millions that he would invest in a brewery. Too bad that we didn’t,
but maybe someday we can invest in one. On Sunday we bottled his newest batch.
This time he is brewing a Blueberry Weizenbier (Wheat Beer.) The beer smelled
so yummy, and I told him he had to save me at least a 6 pack. I helped by
capping the bottles, and did not mess up a single one.
Eddie will be entering this beer as well as his last one (an
Imperial Nut Brown) into a contest later this month. With not much experience,
he is just hoping for some useful feedback.
